In person: Starting Monday 14 November 2022 09:30am - 11:30am. Delivered for 4 weeks at Hob Moor Children's Centre, Green Lane, Acomb, YO24 4PS

ONLINE via Zoom: Starting Thursday 10 November 7:15pm - 9pm. delivered for 4 weeks.

This course, led by trained facilitators, will help you to better understand, recognise and manage anger in yuor family and give you the chance to share your own thoughts and ideas. You will quickly see you're not alone!
