Service Description:
Covid-19 update. No classes currently running but looking forward to possible restart in September 2021.

Registered and certified Infant Massage Teacher with the Guild of Sensory Development. Baby massage can have the following benefits:
Improved sleeping patterns and deeper sleep.
A more relaxed and happy baby = a happier and more relaxed parent.
Enhanced and strengthened bonding = making baby feel more loved.
Enhanced early communication.
Helps with cognitive development & growth.

Learn to better understand your babies non-verbal cues.
Relief from colic, constipation, teething and colds.
Boosts immune system.
Improves circulation and all bodily functions.
Relieves the discomfort of colds.

Note that the course is suitable only for babies that are not yet crawling (because otherwise they invariably insist on crawling away during the session).

Bring: baby(!), small travel changing mat, bath towel and a spare nappy
Pay in full on commencement. 5 x sessions £42.50 in total
Some free places if eligible, referrals taken from Health Visitor.

Available to teach if you have a group of mums/carers that would like the class provided in your home or a 1-1 private session.
