Service Description

Service Description:
All babies and parents warmly welcome, with any abilities or special needs. Class can be adjusted to suit.Class is suitable for newborns to pre-crawling. Teaching these classes for 12 years. Call Irene for a chat to discuss.
Gentle nursery rhymes are sung to enhance a baby’s memory and development of language. Your confidence massaging your baby will grow with each class and you will see the benefits from Day 1
These classes particularly help babies who have trapped wind, constipation, have colic or difficulty sleeping. Swedish, Indian and reflexology techniques as well as Yoga movements applied to soothe any baby’s mood. Practicing these massage strokes at home after class will also create a stronger bond and connection between you and your baby.

£60 for 5 weeks (£10 included for digital file of instruction guide /all strokes and 100 mls of massage oil, certificate, hot drink and cake for last class). Your partner/family member is also welcome to attend for an additional fee.
Future catch up classes available if any are missed during the series. Disabled access and facilities onsite.
DBS checked for both babies and vulnerable adults.
Why not stay longer at the end for a cuppa and chat with other mums.

*For your baby’s digestive comfort, it’s highly recommended that a minimum of an hour has passed after the baby’s last feed before massage takes place at home or in class.
**Will travel to you for private 1-1 Tuition or with 4 other mums.
