Service Description:
St Nicks Ecotherapy promotes good mental and physical wellbeing through outdoor activity in a natural environment. St Nicks Ecotherapy offers a variety of group activities underpinned by one-to one mentoring support. Group activities include conservation and gardening skills, woodworking, discovering nature, art, creative writing and book groups, as well a a range of seasonal crafts and skills courses. If you would like to find out more or arrange an informal chat before enrolling on any of the groups, contact us at ecotherapy@stnicks.org.uk.
