Would you benefit from stress management but do not feel able to join a group? Individual appointments are now available at Kyra. Sessions are person-centred and exploratory, helping you to identify the stress factors in your life and work towards being in charge of them. You will learn stress management tools which you can practise at home, in the context of your individual needs and circumstances.
