| Service Description: |
A short 7 week programme for 2 hours for parents / carers of teenagers, also includes an introductory session and can be accessed via group, or virtual online.
The programme helps parents and carers to understand teenage behaviour and development. Recent research in brain development helps parents to understand the challenges they face and develop a positive parenting attitude and style.
It can be also offered to parents/carers who have teenagers with additional needs. Tailored workshops and coaching (available upon request) |
